Security & Key Holding

  • Weekly or fortnightly. We conduct internal and external inspections, perimeter sweeps and mail collection, with a visible presence to deter issues.

  • We assess locks, doors, windows, perimeter, lighting, blind spots, alarm and camera coverage, outbuildings and access points, then provide a clear, prioritised action plan.

  • You receive a concise update with timestamps, notes and photos via your preferred channel.

  • Yes. Keys are logged, tracked and stored securely. No duplication or release without your written consent.
