Step 1 : Photography
In the world of short-term lets, great photos aren't optional…they’re essential. Guests make snap decisions, and your images can be the difference between a booking and a scroll-past.
We’ve seen firsthand how quality photography boosts interest and fills calendars faster. That’s why we always recommend getting professional shots taken. If you need help arranging this, we’re happy to sort it for you.
Most booking platforms also have their own minimum photo requirements:
At least 10 horizontal images
1920 x 1080 resolution, under 10MB per file
Coverage of every room, inside and out, with a few extras for standout spaces like the living room
Step 2 : Set Your Rental Availability
Let us know the dates your property is available for bookings and we’ll take care of the rest.
We get that plans can change, so if your availability shifts, just email your account manager and we’ll update it right away. Flexibility is part of the service.
With the volume of bookings, edits, and cancellations we manage daily, we’re unable to give advance notice for every change on our end, but rest assured, your calendar is always kept up to date.

3. Do you only work with Airbnb?
No—we list your property across multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and others to maximise visibility and bookings. We tailor the approach based on your property and goals.
4. What if there’s an urgent issue at my property?
Our local maintenance team is on-call for urgent repairs or issues. We handle everything quickly and communicate with you as needed, so your guests are looked after and your property stays protected.
5. Can I still use my property when I want?
Absolutely. Just let us know your personal availability in advance and we’ll block those dates out—flexibility is built into our service.
